We're Lance and Rayanne Beaudry! We live in Grand Rapids, Michigan with our son Cameron and pup Louie. While we love Michigan for most of the year, winters tend to drag on a bit longer than preferred. We bought this condo in Miramar Beach so our family could be snowbirds in the winter, and we love that we can share our happy place with others throughout the rest of the year!

Access Codes

Before you arrive, we'll provide you with an access code for our electronic lock. This will allow you to check yourself into the property.

The code is usually the last 4 digits of the phone number associated with your Airbnb or VRBO account.

Please ensure you have the access code before you travel. If you haven't received it before you leave, please get in touch. There's nothing worse than arriving somewhere new (potentially at night!) and not being able to get in!

We want to make your check-in as easy as possible.

Access Instructions

To get into the property simply:

1. Enter your 4-digit code
2. You'll hear the lock open.
3. You can then turn the door handle and enter.
4. Once you are inside you can manually lock the deadbolt.

Under the TV you will find a wireless router providing high speed internet to the house. If there is not a connection, please message us and we'll help troubleshoot the issue.

Washer & Dryer

Located to the right of the refrigerator in the closet.

Linens & Towels

The beds have been freshly made up for your stay and there are towels in the bathrooms. There are linens and pillows for the pullout couch in the closet of the main bedroom.

Garbage

If the kitchen and/or bathroom garbage cans get full during your stay and you need to take them out, you can take your trash to the nearest bin by following one of two routes seen in the image below:

If you are arriving earlier than 4 pm, this please get in touch - if we don't have any departing guests we may be able to accommodate you.

Alternatively, you're welcome to park up in the available parking space and then walk down to the beach to take in your new stunning surroundings and grab some food and drink at Pompano Joes.

Once you've arrived, we know you'll just want to chill and relax. Good, we want you to, as well.

As soon as you can, please have a look around and let us know if anything isn't to your satisfaction.

Check-out time is 10 am.

We're sad to see you go but don't worry, you're welcome back anytime.

Should you wish to leave later than this please contact us beforehand. If we have guests arriving, we may not be able to accommodate you this time - but we will always try! 

Check-out Process

Hopefully you've had a relaxing stay! Before you leave, we would appreciate it if you could do the following:

• If you are going to leave early, please text Shannon at 850-699-2797.
• Turn off all lights & appliances (incl. coffee maker) & return any moved furniture back to its original spot.
• Return TV remotes to their original location.
• Leave any broken items on the kitchen counter and please report broken items to Shannon.
• Be sure to wash all dishes/pots and pans – Load and run/start dishwasher before departing.
• Take ALL garbage out to the outdoor trash dumpster located at the front of the complex.
• Please load and start the washer with any dirty towels and leave the remaining dirty towels in front of the washer.
• Please leave all sheets, pillows, mattress pads, bed skirts, and comforters on the beds - please do not remove linens from the beds.
• Check drawers and under beds for items you may have overlooked as many things can get left behind.
• Close and lock all windows and doors.

Thank you for staying with us. Please travel safely back home - and we hope to see you again soon!

If you're trying to relax, here are some ways we've learned to make it happen fast:

• Take the 8-minute walk to the beach. Chill there, and get some food and drinks to go at Pompano Joes.
• Take the 3-minute drive the nearby Liquor & Wine store (near CVS) and get some drinks. Bring them back and sip on them near the pool (no glass in there, though!).
• Take a 10-minute drive to Baytowne Wharf for family-friendly activities and dining.
• Take a 12-minute drive to Destin Harbor for more family-friendly activities and dining.

Pharmacy

CVS is a 3-minute drive. You could actually walk without crossing any major roads.

Grocery Store

Winn-Dixie is a 5-minute drive east on Highway 98.

Publix is about 10 minutes in either direction off of Highway 98.
